After work has started
Once review, editing, writing support, analysis interpretation, formatting, or revision work has begun, refunds may be limited because time and professional effort have already been allocated.
Completed work
Completed and delivered work is generally not refundable. If clarification or correction is needed within the agreed scope, we focus first on resolving the issue through revision or support.
Missed or changing requirements
Refunds may not apply where instructions, rubrics, documents, or supervisor feedback were incomplete, changed after work began, or were shared after delivery.
Duplicate payments
Verified duplicate payments can be refunded or credited once confirmed through the payment record.
